Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hmftechnologies.co.za with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your items. Items sent back without prior approval may not be processed.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
